We are about 10 minutes walk from The Jewellery Quarter tram and train station, along Vyse Street and Frederick Street, and about 15-20 minutes walk from Birmingham City centre (Snow Hill Station). From the city centre, you can also catch the 101 bus from Colmore Row to Graham Street, which is just outside of the office. This takes about 5-10 minutes.
On the Legge Lane entrance to the Argent Centre, type in 204 to the intercom, and we’ll be able to let you in from there.
There is on-street parking outside the office and in the car park opposite us.
Our office has step-free access via Gate B on Frederick Street. Call us on 0121 608 6668 to help facilitate entry to the office.
Building Access
Our office has step-free access via Gate B on Frederick Street. Call us on 0121 608 6668 to help facilitate entry to the office. We will be able to let you in via the car park.
From the car park to the lift, there are 3 steps, each of which is 14cm high and 24cm deep, and there is an adjustable telescopic wheelchair ramp that can be put over the stairs to enable manual wheelchair access. This ramp is unfortunately not suitable for electric wheelchairs or scooters, and can only support up to 275kg.
Once in the building, the lift is immediately on your left. Take it up to the second floor, then exit and turn immediately left and unit 204 (our office) will be on your left.
Facilities
For use of the gender neutral and accessible toilets in the building, take the lift back down to the ground floor, exit through the car park, and there is ramped access to the accessible toilet just past the driveway into the car park.
There are women’s toilets on the 1st floor and men’s toilets on the 2nd floor, both accessible via our office. The men’s toilets have two cubicles and the women’s have three cubicles. Neither have sinks in the cubicles.
The women’s toilets are down two flights of stairs, with each step measuring 20cm high and 24cm deep, and there being 16 steps.
Whilst you’re with us
If you need a quiet space to take a moment, we have an area at the far end of our office available for just that.
We also have a sensory box containing ear defenders and fidget toys.
