Radical Craft: Alternative Ways of Making was a nationally touring exhibition in 2016-2017. Find out more about the exhibition here.
Radical Craft, co-curated with Laura Hamilton, brought together 34 international and UK artists who expressed their creativity beyond the bounds of convention. Most are self-taught and face barriers in accessing the art world. This extraordinary work was selected for its insight into varied perceptions of the world. The exhibits offered a diverse and highly inventive approach to materials, techniques, subject matter and scale.
Radical Craft: Alternative Ways of Making exhibition was a rich resource that with the Teachers’ pack can support the curriculum for both KS1 and KS2 in a variety of different ways.
