We are now inviting applications from volunteers to join a small team of arts professionals in delivering a community event celebrating the everyday making skills of local crafters and craft groups in Birmingham
Made in the Middle Skill Share is a celebration of everyday making. This one-day skills share will demonstrate the importance of everyday grass roots making to a rich and resilient personal life and connected community. A celebratory event that will bring together community crafters and professional makers for peer-to-peer skills sharing, learning, demonstrations and will connect people to each other.
Becoming a Volunteer

As part of a creative team committed to craft and its role in building positive community experiences and relationships, you will gain valuable experience within an established arts charity working towards inclusive programming where diverse cultures and stories are valued, elevated and widely shared.
The knowledge, skills and experience gained will contribute to your personal and professional development, and you will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of people.
