Craftspace seeks an experienced and energetic person to join the small and busy creative team based in Birmingham for 30 hours a week.
The post holder is responsible for the smooth running of the office and provides overall administrative support for operations and projects relating to Craftspace’s artistic, learning and community engagement programme.
This role often provides the first point of contact for people making telephone or web based enquiries to Craftspace, co-ordinates the social media activity for the organisation and has responsibility for some financial administration. The wide range of activities also involves writing content for social media and the website, commercial aspects of web shop administration, supporting programming activities and co-ordinating audience data collection. In the forthcoming year the role will support our Making For Change youth project, We are Commoners national touring exhibition, and In:Site Festival in 2022.
